This Mindful Hatha class is for those who wish to let go of tensions and rejuvenate their energy. We move from pose to pose in a mindful way to allow time for the body, mind and breath to soften and relax. Working in a mindful way allows you to move with greater awareness, build confidence, enhance mobility, become stronger and move at a pace comfortable for you. This is a successful dance school for kids, tots and teens in SW London. BeDance focus on commercial and street dance styles. These classes will motivate, encourage and inspire everyone. Pilates is a mindful and controlled exercise which is an effective and safe way to improve your postural awareness and alignment and strengthen your core stabilising muscles. Pilates helps to tone and strengthen your muscles to improve joint stability and mobility, stretch out muscles to aid mobility and ease tensions. Pilates improves breath awareness and efficiency and promotes relaxation and restful sleep.
